I’m Rachel, an HR professional and advisor with more than 10 years of experience supporting small and growing organizations through the people side of business.
My background spans HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and leadership support. I work closely with leaders to bring clarity and calm to HR decisions, helping them navigate complex, sometimes uncomfortable situations with confidence and consistency.
I founded Clear Path People Management to support organizations that need expert HR guidance but don’t require a full-time HR department. My approach is intentionally right sized: practical, thoughtful, and grounded in each organization’s values and realities. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I help build clear systems and decision-making frameworks that leaders can actually use.
At the core of my work is the belief that healthy workplace cultures don’t happen by accident. They are built intentionally—through respect, fairness, and clear expectations.
Credibility & Experience
I hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, an MBA, and am SHRM-CP certified. My work is informed by both formal business training and hands-on experience supporting leaders and teams across a range of organizational sizes.
Over the course of my career, I’ve partnered with leadership teams on employee relations challenges, policy development, performance management, organizational change, and compliance-driven decision-making. I’m known for being a steady, trusted partner, especially during sensitive people situations—balancing business needs with human considerations.
